Take Bedford St. into Burlington. St. Mark's is at the foot of the hill across from the cemetery. Take a right onto Terrace Hall Ave. and then an immediate left onto St. Mark's Rd.
Take Middlesex Tpk north. Take a right onto Terrace Hall Ave at the Fleet Bank drive-through facility. Just before Terrace Hall merges into Bedford St., take a right onto St. Mark's Rd.
Take Cambridge St/Rt 3A south toward Burlington Center. At the lights at the Common, take a right onto Bedford St. At the foot of the hill, bear left onto Terrace Hall Ave. (watch the traffic!). Take an immediate left onto St. Mark's Rd.
